I found my stay at the hotel overall pleasant. The rooms were quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep despite a running toilet issue. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure guest satisfaction. The location was convenient for my needs, although the surrounding area didn't seem very safe. The dining options were limited and pricey, but the facilities offered were adequate for a comfortable stay.

Although the rooms had an offensive smell and the property felt old with its popcorn ceiling, I did manage to get a good night's sleep after figuring out how to deal with the running toilet. It was a surprise to find out it was a suite since I didn't expect Courtyards to have Suites.

The location was great for me, although a bit dated and sometimes 'iffy', especially with certain areas being closed. The dining experience was inconsistent, with minimal offerings, including an empty bowl of ice water and a few fruits in my room as an add-on through Bonvoy. Overall, the facilities were adequate.
